Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Payment Support Specialist to join a dedicated team in American Fork, UT. This on-site role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via email and phone.
- Assist customers with setting up accounts online, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
- Enter important case data into the CRM system to monitor and track customer issues effectively.
- Become an expert on the product, enabling informed and helpful customer support.
- Collaborate with team members to devise effective workarounds for various customer problems and situations.
- Utilize the ticket system to track, monitor, and update specifics on client issues efficiently.
Requirements - What Matters Most:
- 1+ year of experience providing customer support via email and phone.
- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is desired, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
- Organized, with attention to detail and a team player attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others when resolving and researching customer issues.
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus but not necessary.

Additional Details:
Salary: $17 - $19 per hour
