Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Payment Support Specialist to join a dedicated team in American Fork, UT. This on-site role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at providing exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via email and phone.
  • Assist customers with setting up accounts online, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
  • Enter important case data into the CRM system to monitor and track customer issues effectively.
  • Become an expert on the product, enabling informed and helpful customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise effective workarounds for various customer problems and situations.
  • Utilize the ticket system to track, monitor, and update specifics on client issues efficiently.



Requirements - What Matters Most:

  • 1+ year of experience providing customer support via email and phone.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is desired, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Organized, with attention to detail and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others when resolving and researching customer issues.
  • Experience in the payments industry is a plus but not necessary.

Monday - Friday

Additional Details:

Salary: $17 - $19 per hour

Location: American Fork, UT (On-Site)
