Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability. As the Patriot TM & Training Lead, you'll provide guidance for the development of the TMs and Training Modules for the German FMS Partner. In this role, you'll be a key player in providing a high level of technical expertise with the operation and maintenance of the Patriot Air Defense System. This location is based onsite at (Andover, MA. , Woburn, MA. , Huntsville, AL. , Lawton, OK. And El Paso, TX.) What you will do : Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute installation and fielding of equipment modifications and upgrades.
Provide Technical proficiency to the customer and program leadership.
Participate in peer reviews for updates to Patriot hardware and software engineering modernization.
Provide technical leadership and direction for the planning, preparation, and execution of New Equipment Training (NET), Logistics Demonstrations and other program requirements.
Generate TM portion of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with required tasks, milestones, and dependencies. Monitor IMS.
Establish/maintain Cost Controls and Variance Analysis Reports.
Participate in all Estimate at Completion (EAC) activities.
Create and update monthly status reports and briefings.
Manage regular Integrated Process Team (IPT) Meetings to discuss status, budget, events, and/or issues.
Coordinate / support all Safety and Engineering Peer Reviews of TMs.
Coordinate / support all Validation requirements and events.
Support / attend Customer / Contractor Reviews. This role will require approximately 20% domestic and international travel ranging from 1-2 weeks in duration. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Experience with the operation and/or maintenance of the Patriot Missile System.

Experience designing and developing classroom training material
Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively design and implement training programs. Developing and implementing training plans that align with business goals requires strategic thinking
Managing the entire training process, from design to evaluation, requires strong project management skills.
Identifying training gaps and ensuring that training programs address specific needs is critical
Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training meets business needs and improves performance.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
