Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this essential role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities: - Patient Interaction: Greet and check-in patients for their appointments, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Data Entry & Verification: Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information; input accurate data into our EMR system.
- Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- HIPAA Compliance: Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy by adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the waiting area neat, organized, and welcoming for all patients.
Required Qualifications: - Covid Vaccinated (Must provide proof)
- Experience with EMR systems
