Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time, customer service-oriented professional for our medical front office position at our Red Oak and Midlothian, TX locations. This position does require someone Bilingual in Spanish.

The Patient Service Representative will assist patients with check in, check out, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.

Floating Shifts: Primary location and shift will be in Red Oak Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. As a float position this role requires flexibility to cover additional shifts in Red Oak and Midlothian centers as needed for vacations and call outs. Shifts may vary between opening shift starting at 6:30am, mid-day shift or closing shift as late as 9:00pm so flexible availability is critical for this role. No weekends are required in this rotation, but occasional weekend coverage may be requested as a last resort.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
  • Assist with Authorization and Verifications
  • Checking In / Out Patients
  • Answering Multiple Phone Lines
  • Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
  • Insurance Verification
  • Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
  • Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Flexible Shift Availability required
  • 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
  • Experience with Insurance Authorizations and Verification
  • Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
  • Strong Customer Service, Communication and Computer Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Medical Terminology Knowledge
  • Medical Assistant Certification is a plus
