Job Summary - The Patient Experience Educator will work closely with CoxHealth leadership to provide education specifically related to the patient experience during orientation and on an ongoing basis. This educator will work with employees of all levels of the organization, clinical and non-clinical, by providing education, coaching, resources, and encouragement related to the patient experience. Educational opportunities will be provided in a wide variety of settings and teaching methods. Educator will collaborate with other educators to assist with other educational endeavors to include patient experience across the educational spectrum. This educator may also assist the department with other nursing related teaching in addition to patient experience content.

- Required: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Preferred: Master s Degree Related areas as listed above
- Experience

- Required: At least 2 years previous nursing experience
- Preferred: 3-5 years experience coaching evidence-based practices

- Licensure/Certification/Registration

- RN license active in the state of Missouri
- BLS must be obtained within 90 days
