Job Details

Enrollment Specialist:

The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for enrolling eligible patients into proper health insurance plans, explaining the program guidelines and reviewing the costs and coverage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
Prefer 3-5 years patient-related work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Experience advocating for patients
Strong customer service skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
BIlingual Spanish strongly preferred
