Patient Account Representative I Billing Department
Announcement Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a full-time
Patient Account Representative I to join our team. In this on site role, you will be a critical part of the Patient Financial Services department, and responsible for. This position will focus on on-site work that supports both the Billing and Cash Posting teams. These functions include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and paper billing, assisting with payment posting functions, balance review and reconciliation, review of credit balances and refund requests. Great customer service and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail will make this a great fit for your work style.
What you'll need: - High school graduate or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of college or business education is preferred
- Ability to write and be verbally fluent in medical terminology required
