Title: Patient Access Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a call schedule. Once fully staffed, call is every 5th weekend, but until staffing is complete, it will be every 3rd weekend.
Pay: $42,000 - $64,000 annually
Overview: This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-known healthcare organization. The role involves leading and supporting a busy patient access team, ensuring staff development and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and training to new hires and current staff.
- Monitor daily operations, team schedules, and reporting.
- Oversee a team of 25 Full time employees in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in patient access, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
- Experience with admitting, centralized scheduling, and emergency department operations.
