Job Title: Scheduler - Sr. Customer Service Rep/ Patient Access Liaison II
Location: 1000 S Fremont Ave, Alhambra, CA 91803
Duration: 13 weeks Contract, with a possibility for an extension no guarantees.
Rate Range: $19.99/hr. - $21.99/hr.
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM staggered shifts, possible weekends and must be able to work OT.
Job Description:
- Call center environment and software are different from EHR systems; each requires distinct expertise.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, electronic messages, and web communications via call management system.
- Schedule and confirm initial and follow-up medical appointments.
- Register patients and verify insurance coverage.
- Perform data entry, ensure accuracy, and reconcile data as needed.
