Patient Access & Reimbursement Sr Manager, Tavneos, Rare Disease Business Unit (US Remote) What you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for enhancing the post prescription patient experience for Tavneos patients and driving positive access perceptions for HCPs. This opportunity will enable you to work on a dynamic and exciting, rare disease brand and contribute to the rare disease capabilities at Amgen. This role is responsible for leading and delivering against the patient access strategy while maintaining strong alignment with key cross-functional partners. In this critical role, the Sr Manager will be responsible for portions of the marketing strategy and tactical execution as well as the continued evolution of services and capabilities designed to expedite the patient journey. Success in this critical and highly visible role will undoubtedly result in rapid professional growth and advancement at Amgen. This position is fully remote with some expectation to travel Responsibilities:
•  Lead key initiatives to reduce patient barriers and expedite the patient journey
•  Lead a cross-functional team through the integration of remaining patient service programs
•  Lead current & future state SP/SD Strategy with particular focus on opportunities to better service patients
•  Support brand planning and tactical execution of HCP and patient resources
•  Serve as the subject matter expert on post RX patient journey analytics and KPIs
•  Deliver business reviews in conjunction with field/cDNA/marketing
•  Identify and drive impactful solutions to solve strategic issues through project delivery
•  Provide insight and be a conduit to information that may inform strategy and decisions
•  Support delivery of new hire training

Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing and/or commercial experience Or Masters degree and 4 years of marketing and/or commercial experience Or Bachelors degree and 6 years of marketing and/or commercial experience Or Associates degree and 10 of years of marketing and/or commercial experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing and/or commercial experience Preferred Qualifications:
•  8+ years of biotech/ pharmaceutical industry experience with strong marketing & management skills including developing market and patient access strategies and executing tactics, and measuring effectiveness of strategies
•  Ability to lead and motivate a team that is aligned to a common vision and to coach/mentor team members to generate both strong performance and achievement of individual career aspirations
•  Strong ability to both lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively
•  Strong communication effectiveness: effectively engage, connect, and influence senior management and the sales and marketing organizations
•  Ability to translate and communicate complex information/strategies into simple and impactful plans
