POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists team leaders and managers with the supervision of shift operations and productivity. Promotes team environment. Secures and obtains accurate and complete patient data for registration, scheduling, and support of the outpatient areas of Ambulatory Therapy. Maintains strict confidentiality of patient records. Provides excellent customer services and adheres to the standards and behaviors of University Health. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or its equivalent required. One year of experience in general office clerical work is required. Two years of Experience Preferred. Must have one year of experience in a hospital/physician base practice with knowledge of insurance verification, pre-certification. College or commercial school courses in business functions are preferred.
