Pathologist (Physician) Locum Opportunity
Seeking a Board-Certified Pathologist for a locum tenens position in our Pathology Department. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and requires a commitment of at least two weeks per month, with coverage needed March 24, 2025 August 31, 2025.
Position Details:
- Location: Newark, NJ 07112
- Schedule: Full-time, 8 9 hours per day + on-call coverage
- On-Call: Yes
- Work Assignment: Full-time coverage of anatomic pathology, including cytology
- EMR System: Epic (proficiency required)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certification: Required
- Experience:
- Prior experience in an academic or high-volume cancer center preferred
- Must be trained and proficient in Epic EMR
- Support Staff: Yes, works with other pathologists (no responsibility for Advanced Practice Providers)
