Compensation & Benefits - Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $39.30 - $46.30, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities - Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for children with communication disorders.
- Support patients with speech-language delays, feeding disorders, cognitive delays, and other developmental needs.
- Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP, using evidence-based techniques to enhance speech and language development.
- Educate families on exercises and techniques to reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
Qualifications - Degree: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required; strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
