Job Details

We're looking for a Patent Partner with a strong track record in patent prosecution, portfolio strategy, and IP counseling. You'll have the chance to drive business development, work with cutting-edge clients, and mentor junior attorneys as you help build out a thriving patent practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing patent prosecution, IP strategy, and portfolio development for clients
Advising clients on patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and other key IP issues
Expanding and maintaining a portable book of business
Collaborating with firm leadership to scale the patent practice
Providing cross-disciplinary legal solutions in collaboration with other attorneys
What You Bring to the Table:

JD and state bar admission
USPTO registration
6+ years of experience in patent law (prosecution & strategic IP counseling)
Portable book of business with demonstrated growth potential
Industry expertise in technology, life sciences, manufacturing, or healthcare
Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to build a growing practice
