Position Overview:
  • Prepare ingredients efficiently including washing, peeling, and chopping fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to our signature recipes and quality standards.
  • Cook and prepare a variety of foods while adhering to presentation and preparation guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, ensuring that all food is tested for proper cooking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including washing and disinfecting kitchen areas, tables, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process and serve dishes in appropriate portions.
  • Follow safety and security policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere and support each other in reaching common goals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a culinary or pastry role.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • Certification: None needed.
