We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused
Front Desk Agent to join our team. This part-time position requires flexibility, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and phone calls
- Process payments accurately and manage nightly audit procedures when assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Make problem-solving decisions in the moment while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Helping out different departments as needed
Requirements: - Flexible availability is a must, including willingness to cover Night Audit shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) when needed
- Prior hotel front desk experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills; experience with property management systems is a plus
- Dependable, responsible, and the ultimate team player
