detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join the team in a dynamic, client-focused environment. This administrative role serves as a key liaison between the advisor, clients, and business partners, helping to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

This role is Part-Time, offering 10-15 hours each week (with the potential to build), and offers a hybrid work schedule with occasional travel to the Valparaiso office.
Responsibilities: - Learn and implement utilization of the advisor's CRM system
- Maintain accurate client records by documenting client interactions and recommendations in CRM
- Schedule client annual review meetings and advisor's external speaking engagements (e.g., school visits)
- Assist with ongoing service needs such as policy renewals and premium payments
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients and prospects
- Submit and manage client applications through the underwriting and review process
- Proactively track case progress and follow up as needed
- Handle incoming requests from the Advisor, Home Office, and internal team
- Prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines through strong organizational skills
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred
- 2+ years' professional administrative experience or similar role
- Strong technology skills and an understanding of digital processes
- Superior organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365
- CRM experience, preferred
- Insurance, investment and/or banking experience, preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Salary: $15-22/hr commensurate with qualifications
