LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a Manufacturing Company looking to Hire a Parts Specialist in the Irving, TX area on a permanent basis paying between $50,000-$55,000 annual salary. Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Handle incoming B2B customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Support customers in helping to identify and quote spare parts.
- Process incoming quotes and orders from direct sales customers.
- Check account status and update account information, enter new customer data into the system.
- Handle order processing, quoting, order entry, P.O. receiving, and invoice processing.
- Take incoming phone calls, emails, and request via internal systems.
- Follow up on open quotes and orders daily.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Must have mechanical aptitude to understand parts and electrical drawings
- Customer service phone skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- SAP experience is preferred
