In support of our mission to be the best solution provider to our customers, we are increasing our presence across the United States and Canada. As a Parts Order Administrator, you are a critical part of this mission and will work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction by providing timely responses to orders. You will be responsible for preparing accurate parts quotations by adhering to company pricing standards and confirming product availability. You will process parts orders and maintain customer records within SAP, manage necessary documentation to facilitate orders, and proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and delays. Your role also involves routing orders appropriately within the organization to ensure timely fulfillment, overseeing manual modifications, handling repair quotations, and managing Return Goods Authorizations. Additionally, you'll contribute to resolving customer concerns, expedite corrective actions, and ensure documentation compliance with ISO standards.

As a Parts Order Administrator, you will work in our Houston office on Greens Road and report to the Aftermarket Sales Manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
  • A High School Diploma with a minimum of three to five years' experience in customer service within a manufacturing or repair environment.
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and the discretion to manage customer issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.
