Parts Coordinator for a leading organization in
Burlington, WA.
This is a
direct hire opportunity.
As a
Parts Coordinator, you will
:- Maintain effective and efficient stock levels of maintenance parts to support production and repair schedules.
- Order all maintenance parts, including spares, specialized, and critical components.
- Minimize costs while providing the highest service level to support operations.
- Obtain quotes from vendors for stock parts and individual part/component requests from maintenance staff.
- Create and submit purchase requests with quotes for all maintenance needs (parts and services).
- Track purchase orders from request to delivery, including payments, delays, tracking numbers, and parts verification.
- Maintain shop consumables, reorder as needed, and assist with organizational needs.
- Maintain inventories of supplies to support key stakeholders.
- Utilize CMMS for all inventory transactions, work order parts, purchase orders, and receiving.
- Receive all spare parts orders through CMMS and restock inventory.
- Provide daily updates to the Maintenance Planner on all critical spares orders.
- Support the Planner by kitting parts for PMs and repairs.
- Assist Maintenance Technicians in locating parts, whether in-house or special order.
- Understand production equipment and take pictures of parts for RFQs.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving with mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and take direction
- Results-driven self-starter
- Effective communication via phone and email
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Outlook and Excel (preferred)
- Experience with CMMS/ERP systems
- At least 5 years of previous manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience (preferred)
- Inventory and parts management experience
Details:- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $27-31 per hour
- Bonus Eligibility: 5% annual bonus based on company and department KPIs. Annual merit increases are performance-based and not guaranteed.
