We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts and Service Sales Representative to support our clients growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling parts, service solutions, and maintenance programs to both existing and prospective customers. Your ability to build relationships, understand equipment needs, and offer timely, value-driven support will be key to driving customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Spend approximately 60% of your time providing service and support to customers, and 40% generating sales for parts, maintenance, and related services.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to identify needs and deliver tailored parts and service solutions.
- Support Regional Sales Representatives (RSRs) by growing aftermarket sales and ensuring seamless communication between sales, service, and parts teams.
- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments, helping to resolve issues, schedule service, and coordinate parts fulfillment efficiently.
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management with a track record of upselling or expanding client accounts.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A self-starter with a hands-on attitude-eager to learn the industry, grow within the company, and pursue future opportunities in sales, operations, or service.
