Description
Parts Administration Assistant to support our parts department with administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in processing parts orders, returns, and inventory records
- Maintain accurate data entry of parts information in the system
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order status and delivery tracking
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding parts availability and status
- Support the parts team with invoicing, documentation, and reporting
- Help manage stock levels and perform regular inventory checks
- Assist with shipping/receiving parts as needed
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records
Qualifications: - Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a parts or service environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive or machinery parts (preferred but not required)
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and uphold dealership standards.
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
Salary Description
Up to $20.00 Per Hour
