The Role

As a partnership development expert, you will be at the forefront of forging partnerships with global payments vendors channel and banking partners. You will also be responsible for vendor management, including researching, analyzing and summarizing vendor product features.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with global financial partners to drive revenue-generating activities.
  • Manage partner-initiated projects, resolve vendor/partner issues.
  • Ensure smooth product integration by developing standards and processes that comply with institutional and regulatory policies.
  • Analyze partner data and provide insightful recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders; conduct market research in the cross-border payment industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and key functions - Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business major.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in partnership management within the verticals of Internet, SaaS, digital entertainment, e-commerce and finance.
  • A track record of helping organizations increase sales volume through effective partnership management.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis are highly desirable.
  • A self-motivated learner with result-driven mindset.
