We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with 1-4 years of experience in media, advertising, or advanced TV to join our growing Partnership Success team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build hands-on experience in client success, campaign execution, and ad tech platforms.
You'll work directly with clients and partners to support campaign setup and performance, provide product guidance, and help maintain a smooth feedback loop between our users and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about learning the ins and outs of the rapidly evolving advanced TV ecosystem.
What You'll Do As a Partnership Success Associate, you'll support key client accounts and internal teams by managing day-to-day campaign execution, platform enablement, and troubleshooting. You'll help ensure our clients achieve the outcomes they expect from datafuelX-and that our internal teams stay closely connected to client needs.
Key responsibilities include: - Assist in end-to-end campaign management: from initial setup and planning to ongoing pacing and performance tracking
- Act as a key client point-of-contact for platform questions, campaign updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders (product, engineering, analytics) to support client needs and escalate any issues or enhancement requests
- Deliver demos and trainings to clients on M3 platform capabilities, new features, and best practices
- Support operational and administrative functions across the company, including HR, event logistics, and internal communications as needed.
- Contribute to building the playbook for scaling Partnership Success operations-including documentation, process refinement, and team collaboration tools.
What You'll Bring - 1-4 years of experience in media/advertising-preferably in a client-facing or campaign management role
- Familiarity with advanced TV, video, or digital ad workflows (linear, addressable, AVOD, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- MUST be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity and initiative with solid organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; comfort with general web tools
- Interest or familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or LLMs is a plus
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, problem-solving attitude and team-first mindset
