The Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Design would serve as a graphic designer under the guidance of the Graphic Design Manager, Corporate Partnerships to creatively support both partner marketing and partner sales initiatives. The Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Design is a dedicated resource for the Corporate Partnership Department and reports to the Graphic Design Manager, Corporate Partnerships with oversight from the Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Strategy and Director of Creative Services.

Responsibilities:
    • Assist in creation and development of creative sales and marketing presentations for new business opportunities, partnership recaps and renewals.
    • Creation and development of mock branded environments to help sell as marketing assets
    • Support the day-to-day creation and maintenance of presentation templates (sales, marketing, strategy) for the Corporate Partnership department
    • Creation of partner marketing campaign graphics such as organic and paid social media marketing, web-based marketing, program logos, digital invitations, digital and print event graphics, and other partner/department needs as assigned.
    • Work alongside strategy team in creative support of brand and department-wide initiatives as assigned
    • Work with existing creative and deliver supporting designs as well as execute original designs
    • Assist in collaboration with data analyst/insights to develop effective visual communications for both internal and external stakeholders to influence sales/renewal, and key business decisions
    • Able to collaborate with and support the graphics and brand marketing team, other internal teams, and external clients in a professional manner
    • Source photos for presentations and any other needs for the Corporate Partnership department
    • Preserve, protect, and uphold brand standards and the use of the Cowboys marks, helping to educate department stakeholders on best practices
    • Proactively seek assistance and additional resources as needed
Requirements:
  • Degree in Graphic Design preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of graphic design experience required - professional sports team experience a plus
  • Able to prioritize projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision
  • An established sense of layout hierarchy, spacing and color strategy
  • Experience translating marketing objectives into creative direction, design and presentation
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite on MAC Platform - specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign (motion and animation software skills a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Power Point is required
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deadlines with competing priorities
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to communicate ideas from concept to completion
  • Able to proofread copy
  • Self-motivated with excellent focus on the task at hand
  • Able to handle constructive criticism and feedback with professionalism
  • Must work creatively and proactively within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Time management and ability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and holidays
