Position Overview

The Partner Marketing Manager will spearhead our B2B marketing initiatives, focusing on building and strengthening relationships with our wholesale partners, including licensed estheticians, spa owners, and resort spa directors. This role will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that position Sorella Apothecary as the preferred skincare brand for professionals in the industry.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to grow our wholesale partner network
  • Create professional education content and training materials that highlight product benefits and applications
  • Manage trade show presence, professional events, and educational workshops to increase brand visibility within the professional community
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing materials that support wholesale partner acquisition and retention
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting specific professional segments (day spas, resort spas, solo estheticians)
  • Produce specialized content for professional publications, industry forums, and B2B digital channels
  • Develop and implement a professional partner loyalty program to increase retention and order frequency
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for B2B communication channels
  • Track and analyze B2B marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
  • Report directly to the Director of Marketing, providing regular updates on partner program performance and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or professional services industries
  • Understanding of the professional skincare industry, spa operations, and esthetician needs
  • Experience developing educational content and training materials for professionals
  • Proven track record of successful B2B relationship building and marketing campaign execution
  • Familiarity with trade shows, professional events, and relationship marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with B2B digital marketing strategies and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
