Job Details

Draft estate planning docs: revocable & irrevocable trusts, wills, POAs, GRATs, QPRTs, GST/Dynasty setups

Handle complex estate/trust administration - ideally with no hand-holding

Advise on estate, gift, and income tax strategies for HNW clients

Draft prenuptial agreements and business succession docs

Advise on corporate matters - ops agreements, buy-sells, etc.

Client-facing role: build trust, guide families, manage expectations

Mentor associates, delegate well, and keep projects moving

Barred in Michigan with 8+ years of experience required
