The Role:

  • Lead and manage a broad spectrum of private client matters, including wills, trusts, executries, tax planning, and powers of attorney
  • Maintain and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and intermediaries
  • Play an active role in the strategic growth of the private client offering
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team
  • Contribute to the overall business development and visibility of the firm in the market

The Person:

  • Senior Associate, Director or existing Partner with strong private client experience
  • STEP qualified or committed to undertaking qualification (desirable)
  • Commercially astute and driven, with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a boutique, collegiate firm culture
  • A strategic thinker with a collaborative and growth-oriented approach
