We are looking for a Partner Event Manager based at our office in New York, NY to join our ever expanding marketing team and help facilitate the Partner Conferences, Tradeshow & events program across the NoAM and Canada. The candidate will be able to demonstrate event management skills from event targeting and pre-planning right through to post event analysis. As the Partner Event Manager, you are responsible for driving pipeline generation through various conferences, tradeshows and hospitality events to meet or exceed revenue goals and business objectives. In addition, you will also be comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners as well as managing numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop Go-to-Market Partner Event Strategies for conferences, tradeshows and ancillary events across the NoAM and Canada.
  • Manage Annual Events Calendar and Collaborate with other marketing functions such as partner marketing, product marketing, customer marketing to drive successful engagement.
  • Facilitate all strategic, logistical and operational planning and management of events
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget
  • Set goals & define metrics for each event including targeted lead flow - track results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics.
  • Evaluate all campaigns' impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency working with the following software programs: MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, Salesforce
  • 5+ years' experience working event planning/execution
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong budgeting experience
  • Proven skills interacting with executive/senior management teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/events at one time, each with multiple components
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
  • Travel required within NoAM, Canada up to 40% at times (will vary throughout the year).

Compensation:

  • Up to $52.89/hr. (W2)
