We are currently hiring a Partner Development Representative for one of the top Tech companies in Denver. This position has excellent growth opportunity, hybrid flexibility, and a competitive commission structure.
Description

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential clients
Use various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, etc., to reach out to prospects
Identify and qualify leads by understanding the customers business needs, challenges, and potential fit for solutions
Schedule/coordinate meetings or demos between leads and sales team
The main goal of this role is to identify, qualify, and create leads for their software solutions, and then will be working directly with the sales team to close the deal.
Qualifications
Must have:

At least 1 year of experience in a Sales role WITH outbound cold calling experience, OR at least 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience
At least 1 years of experience being held to a sales metric and quota (i.e. SDR/BDR/BDE roles)
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience within Salesforce or HubSpot
Experience with Slack or any other inter communication system.
Experience generating leads and building prospect lists
Desire to grow a career in sales
Excellent organizational and time management skills
The ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced & changing environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.23/hr.
