Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Partner Advocate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for one of our largest strategic partners- helping them understand, sell, and succeed with our product. From answering product questions to leading demos and enabling partner success, you'll be at the heart of our partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for one of our largest strategic partners, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Educate and enable partners on our product offering, value proposition, and key use cases.
  • Conduct live product demos and trainings to the partner team to empower them to effectively pitch and position our solutions.
  • Respond to partner inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving product-related questions or routing them to internal experts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have the latest collateral, messaging, and tools they need to succeed.
  • Monitor partner engagement and performance, offering strategic support to maximize their success.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners, including training sessions, resource setup, and goal alignment.
  • Gather and relay partner feedback to help inform product development and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in partner enablement, customer success, sales engineering, or a related client-facing role.
  • Beauty, wellness, healthcare or similar industry experience required.
  • Experience working directly with channel partners, resellers, or VARs.
  • Familiarity with partner program structures and co-selling best practices.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and how to communicate value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you're great with people and even better at explaining complex ideas simply.
  • Comfortable presenting and demoing software solutions to groups of varying sizes.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple partner relationships with ease.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zoom, etc.)
