About the Role: - Lead Management and Scheduling
- Manage and prioritize incoming partner leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments with accuracy, aligning with partner availability and preferences
- Communication Management
- Act as the primary contact for incoming partner inquiries, managing calls and texts with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain clear, consistent communication to address partner needs and ensure satisfaction
- Issue Resolution
- Quickly identify, address, and resolve partner-related issues with a solution-focused approach
- Escalate complex problems to branch managers and teams appropriately while maintaining a positive, WOW-factor partner experience
- Partner Experience
- Provide partners with consistent personalized support and exceptional service
- Reinforce the organization's commitment to partner success and collaboration
What We're Looking For: - 1 year at RED RHINO preferred
- 2 years minimum in mid-level customer service or higher preferred
- A customer-first attitude that makes every interaction feel like a VIP experience
- Sharp problem-solving instincts to handle challenges smoothly and confidently
