Position: Partner Account Manager

Pay and Perks:
  • Starting Pay: $20 - $24/hr
    • $5000 annual bonus potential

About the Role:
  • Lead Management and Scheduling
    • Manage and prioritize incoming partner leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement
    • Coordinate and schedule customer appointments with accuracy, aligning with partner availability and preferences
  • Communication Management
    • Act as the primary contact for incoming partner inquiries, managing calls and texts with professionalism and efficiency
    • Maintain clear, consistent communication to address partner needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Issue Resolution
    • Quickly identify, address, and resolve partner-related issues with a solution-focused approach
    • Escalate complex problems to branch managers and teams appropriately while maintaining a positive, WOW-factor partner experience
  • Partner Experience
    • Provide partners with consistent personalized support and exceptional service
    • Reinforce the organization's commitment to partner success and collaboration
What We're Looking For:
  • 1 year at RED RHINO preferred
  • 2 years minimum in mid-level customer service or higher preferred
  • A customer-first attitude that makes every interaction feel like a VIP experience
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts to handle challenges smoothly and confidently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and tech-savvy expertise to keep things running seamlessly
  • A collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication to professionalism and integrity
  • Strong verbal and written skills to engage confidently with partners, customers, and team members. Able to listen actively and communicate clearly and professionally.
