The Opportunity
As a Partner Account Manager at Functionize, you'll be the primary relationship owner for our strategic partners - from onboarding to co-selling and scaling. You'll empower system integrators and service providers to succeed with Functionize by driving enablement, supporting go-to-market strategies, and ensuring joint success.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to make sure every partner is fully activated, aligned, and contributing to pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Own
- Build Strategic Partner Relationships: Become the trusted point of contact for our partners. Drive engagement, trust, and joint planning with key stakeholders.
- Drive Partner Enablement & Onboarding: Lead new partners through onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring they are equipped to position, sell, and implement Functionize successfully.
- Co-Create Go-to-Market Success: Collaborate with partners on joint GTM strategies, including co-selling motions, pipeline building, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Monitor & Grow Partner Performance: Track certifications, enablement milestones, and partner-sourced pipeline to guide growth and identify gaps.
- Lead QBRs & Ongoing Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment, resolve roadblocks, and surface new opportunities.
- Be the Voice of the Partner: Act as the internal advocate for partners, sharing feedback and aligning internal teams to meet partner needs.
What Makes You a Fit
- 4+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or strategic account management - ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue, pipeline, or activation targets through strong partner engagement and execution.
- You thrive in relationship-driven roles, with a track record of growing partner ecosystems and building high-impact GTM programs.
- Strong business acumen and comfort working across sales cycles, from deal origination to joint execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - equally at ease with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Organized and outcome-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and prioritize what moves the needle.
Bonus Points For
- Strong network within mid-market and boutique system integrators (especially those focused on QA, DevOps, or test automation).
- Familiarity with test automation, AI/ML technologies, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday).
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you helped build programs from the ground up.
- Prior experience with partner-facing tools like PRM platforms, Salesforce, or enablement platforms.
