Principal Responsibilities: Shalom Orlando is currently seeking passionate and energetic
Fitness Instructors to join our team. We are looking for individuals whoare committed to promoting health and wellness through group fitness classeswhile building meaningful relationships within our diverse community.
Minimum Qualifications: Essential Functions: - Lead safe, effective, and engaging fitness classes including (but not limited to) strength training, cardio, yoga, and HIIT.
- Provide modifications and alternatives to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities.
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes, ensuring music and equipment are ready for use.
- Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and equipment is used properly.
- Monitor and assist members as needed to ensure proper form and technique.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members.
- Promote Shalom Orlando's mission and programs to build community engagement.
- Attend required staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Keep studio and fitness areas clean and organized after use.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Current Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent) or specialty certification (e.g., Zumba, Yoga, etc.).
- CPR/AED certification (American Red Cross preferred) or willingness to obtain.
- Prior group fitness experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekday and/or weekend shifts.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive hourly rate starting at $30/hour, based on experience and certifications.

Salary: $25,000 - $35,000
