The selected candidate will work at Store , located at: 1801 London Rd, Duluth, MN 55812. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $16.26-17.26/hr, depending on relevant experience.
As a key player in our retail operations, Customer Service Representatives engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. This role is crucial for promptly resolving customer concerns and ensuring maximum satisfaction while keeping informed about product features and maintaining the store's visual standards.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve store sales goals.
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Build trusting relationships with customers, both wholesale and retail.
- Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
- Prepare and mix products to customer specifications.
- Restock shelves and create attractive displays.
- Participate in inventory management and control processes.
- Load and unload delivery trucks when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Suggest marketing strategies to enhance sales.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
- Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience in selling paint or paint-related products.
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Bilingual communication skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
