Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Part-Time Assistant to support our team with social media coordination and applicant prescreening. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and administrative work, and who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is flexible between the work hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be scheduled approximately 20-hours a week.
Key Responsibilities - Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) to support department goals and recruitment initiatives
- Assist in developing engaging digital content and tracking basic performance metrics
- Review applicant resumes and conduct initial prescreens using department-specific criteria
- Provide general administrative support to the department as needed
Requirements
- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute with minimum errors
- Previous experience in social media coordination or content creation preferred
- At least one year of experience in administrative support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and professionalism in all communications
Salary Description
$18 to $22 per hour
