The Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Manage schedules and keep records updated in Google Drive
- Monitor contractor time clocks and weekly job schedules
- Prepare, review, and track invoices
- Send collections emails and follow up on payment issues
- Add new community and contractor data into internal systems
- Support staff with travel coordination and admin tasks
RequirementsWhat You Bring - 2+ years of experience in admin, clerical, or operations support
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and tools
- Clear and professional communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
