Salary$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:

Provide support to the Elizabeth House Clinical and Administrative Team with receptionist, clerical and administrative duties as well as Community Teams and Palliative Care Team with After Hours and Weekend calls, among other duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work to achieve performance goals, pursue progress toward individual development plan (IDP) and demonstrate Four Seasons values and competencies
  • Answer, direct and document phone calls at Elizabeth House as well as After Hours and Weekends calls for Community Teams and Palliative Care Teams
  • Provide support to Administrative Team Leader as directed for payroll and staff scheduling
  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service in assisting and greeting residents, visitors, vendors, staff, volunteers, physicians, agencies, etc.
  • Collaborate, communicate and assist entire Elizabeth House Team, Response Center Team, Health Information Management Team, etc., including researching and printing information regarding patients for physicians and nursing staff
  • Collaborate with Elizabeth House volunteers in assisting and/or assigning daily tasks and in communicating information
  • Communicate with Housekeeping staff on rooms and facility daily cleaning needs
  • Contribute to the professional, orderly and safe environment of Elizabeth House through daily rounds of the facility (checking on door alarms, removal of anything obstructing fire exits, etc)
  • Manage, communicate and enter all aspects of non clinical data from referral to discharge of patients
  • Communicate status w/Team Leader or charge nurse on census changes and impact on current staffing patterns

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant preferred
  • Demonstrated proficient computer skills with MS Office products
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
Licensures & Certifications: (if applicable)
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance

OTHER DUTIES:
  • Collaborate with Administrative Team Leader to develop and implement administrative processes as needed
  • Assist families with ordering guest trays
  • Communicate with Facilities Manager on facility's or equipment's repair needs as they occur
  • Participate in professional development through approved continuing education activities
  • Other duties as assigned
