A well-established and design-led architectural practice with over 35 years of experience is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its dedicated and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design proposals and visual presentation materials
- Contribute to planning applications, technical drawings, and detail design packages
- Support CAD modelling and produce high-quality renderings
- Attend and contribute to design meetings and site visits
- Coordinate with consultants and project teams across RIBA stages
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and clarity
- Experience with CAD modelling and rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Twinmotion
- An interest in sectors such as education, heritage, and bespoke housing
- A proactive, organised, and enthusiastic approach with good communication skills
