An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic architectural professional, including Part 2 Architectural Assistants or Architectural Technicians, to join a busy Retail Team based in Guildford, working on retail design and fit-out projects for a global client.

Daily Duties:
- Manage and deliver retail fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept through to completion
- Produce technical and presentation drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Attend meetings and carry out site visits where necessary
- Coordinate with the wider design and delivery team to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and client brand standards
- Adapt to working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively
Ideal Candidate:
- RIBA Part 2 qualified or Architectural Technology degree with several years UK based experience
- Experience in retail architecture or commercial fit-out projects
- Strong technical and design skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant architectural qualifications or equivalent professional experience
