Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of medical records and legal documents related to malpractice cases.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, trials, and hearings.
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is current and organized.
- Coordinating with medical experts, witnesses, and clients to gather necessary information.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive case information.
- Providing administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification is required.
- Education requirements include a relevant degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
- Experience in medical malpractice law is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details
Salary range is $65,000 to $70,000 per year.
