Seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 2-4 years of experience to work for a great law firm in midtown NYC.
Responsibilities may include:
-Providing administrative support to attorneys
-Preparing legal documents and correspondence
-Answering phones and managing incoming and outgoing mail
-Scheduling appointments and meetings
-Filing legal documents with the court
-Assisting with document management and organization
Requirements for the job include:
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time in person 2x a week on site.
