The client can hire a Paralegal or a Junior Attorney.
Integral role within the firm, working directly with executive members of the Legal & Compliance team.
Job Description
- Manage/Prepare Legal Documents (NDA's, Engagement Letters, Vendor Contracts, Deal Docs, Corporate Gov. doc's, QIB/IPREO certifications etc).
- Work directly with the leadership team on transaction closings and maintaining deal docs.
- Assist with the management of entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with formation, dissolution, and maintenance of various entities (Funds and SPVs) including maintenance of entity data bases.
- Work on other ad hoc projects and compliance monitoring activities.
