Litigation Paralegal / Intake Administrator - Oakland County

Busy Oakland County civil rights law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with their labor & employment, civil rights and multi-plaintiff cases.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience as a paralegal. Duties include drafting and submitting record requests (FOIA, medical, employment, subpoenas, etc.); preparing exhibits for depositions and court filings; drafting complaints, interrogatories and other legal documents; legal research.

Intake Administrator responsibilities include:

- Supervision of the intake process and intake staff

- Intake software updating, monitor intakes/cases in the system

- Occasional customized form development in intake software system
