Job Description:
The Real Estate Paralegal will assist the legal real estate team with contract preparation, lease management, and document tracking. This is a temporary role (2-3 months) with the potential to extend, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit lease amendments, license agreements, and notice letters
- Manage real estate documents using CoStar and a contract management system
- Coordinate the execution and tracking of approximately 20 active lease-related contracts
- Support internal teams and external partners with real estate documentation
- Maintain organized and accurate legal files and records
- Assist with lease administration and due diligence tasks
- Ensure compliance with legal policies and procedures
- Collaborate with legal staff for issue resolution and workflow updates
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of paralegal experience required
- Exposure to real estate legal work strongly preferred
- Familiarity with contract management software and Microsoft Office
- County or federal legal background is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
