Their team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated paralegal to support our client's attorneys and help clients receive the compensation they deserve.
What You'll Do
- Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
- Gather, organize, and analyze medical records, police reports, and other evidence
- Prepare demand letters and settlement proposals
- Manage case files, maintain deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, litigation procedures, and court filings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software (e.g., Needles, Clio, MyCase)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
