LHH is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Trusts and Estates Administrator to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates Administration, a strong understanding of Florida practices and procedures, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Trusts and Estates administration processes with a focus on Florida laws and practices
- Draft Estate Planning documents with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize Lawgic and Probate Form Builder through Westlaw for document preparation and filing
- Track and meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality work
- Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Display a client-oriented focus and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Take initiative, demonstrate strong analytical thinking, and pay close attention to detail
- Utilize solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates Administration
- Strong understanding of Florida practices and procedures
- Proficient in drafting Estate Planning documents
- Experience with Lawgic and Probate Form Builder through Westlaw
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
