Paralegal - Mass Torts/Personal Injury

Location: Burlingame, CA (San Francisco Bay Area)


We are working with a nationally recognized plaintiff's litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Mass Torts/Personal Injury practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the most well-regarded trial attorneys in the country, advocating for clients against powerful corporations at a firm with a 50-year track record of success.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including case management, document preparation, and trial support.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Manage discovery, including organizing and reviewing documents, preparing discovery responses, and coordinating depositions.
  • Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
  • Prepare exhibits and other materials for depositions, hearings, and trial.
  • Assist in settlement negotiations and case resolution efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of prior experience in personal injury or mass torts preferred (other plaintiff/defense experience will be considered).
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
