Position:
Full Time/Part Time Experienced Paralegal (minimum 1 year of experience)
Location:
Remote position with no daily office commute. Must reside in CA.
Essential Qualifications:
Must have Bachelor's degree and successful completion of an ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate course.
1-3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation or real estate.
Strong team player; our firm values collaboration and camaraderie.
Technologically adept, given our virtual working model.
Competency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft OneDrive, and Adobe Pro DC
Understanding of Civil Procedure, efiling, judicial council forms, discovery, calendaring, case management, virtual court appearance procedure, and drafting on pleading paper required.
Exceptional legal research, oratory, and writing skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Clio, OneLegal, and Lawyaw preferred but not required
Spanish language proficiency.
