Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring a Paralegal for our client in San Diego, CA. Our client is a law practice that protects families and restores honor to the justice system. They specialize in all aspects of family law and pride themselves on being compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their scope of practice includes Separation, Divorce, Division of Marital Property, Domestic Partnerships and Same Sex Marriages, Paternity, Spousal Support, Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements, DIY legal assistance, and Domestic Violence & Protective Parent Legal Services. This individual can work fully remote, however, they do need to be local to the San Diego area as they will be required to run court-related errands. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
-Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
-Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
-Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
-Organize and maintain case files and legal documents.
-Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
-Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
-Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
-Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with a starting hourly pay of $30/hr.
